Hello! Just signed up, and now I'm saying hello. Duh:D. I'm from Canberra (and Perth too, 'cept I dont live there anymore:() and I started GKR last year around September, I think, and joined the tournament team this year. Am really starting to hate push ups.. Cant remember what else I was going to say, so toodles again!

Hadn't thought about that:( But maybe they'll be nice and we wont have to do those sumo stance pushups. I can get down easy, it's the getting up again that's the problem......
