While the little boxes with X are nice enough, I would really prefer the smilies, buttons and other graphics...

Yep it was me. I changed a setting in my firewall config to remove private header information and that's what stopped me seeing pics.

yeah - had to turn hotlink protection back on....bandwidth usage this month has been 1.6 gig!

Looks like I'm not the only 1 getting the red x's. I haven't fiddled with the settings either (as boys do)..funny thing ..the only piccy that is visible is Goyle's cow!...and this seems to be the only site I'm having problems with....off to fiddle with nortons firewall .

That would be because cows are divine beings, and are always there to be seen.

I raised Sally on a bottle from the day she was born...she was a huge (really huge) PITA...

Mate can you please change your firewall program setting to enable referrer ID for gkr.net.au domain. Ive turned off blocking again but if you do this it wont affect smileys in the future....
