Hi All and thanks for the welcome Susan, Matt and Mick ....

Yes Matt, Im from Region 27 (does that make us siblings or cousins ??? lol ) in Sydney - we were originally Region 2 until the region was split in half some 3 years ago now.

Some of you may know me from the MSN board, but for those who don't the short story is that I've been training with GKR for almost 6 years, teaching just over 5 years, and I'm a Shodan Ho.

I havent caught up with all the posts here yet, but Im looking forward to having the opportunity of more discussions on my favourite topic (apart from hips and kata lol) karate ......

Oh and thanks for the directions Mick .. they made absolutely NO sense and I got lost 14 times finding my way here LOL
