Thaiboxing 12+ years make that nearer 20 if I count the years I stopped going to the club
Knockdown Karate black belt
Kickboxing black belt
Chinese Boxing (WuShu Kwan) brown belt

Although my son Kyle is the fighter and has no belts he won the British Kickboxing title when aged 14 .... now aged 17 he has been boxing since the age of 10 although he started in Judo and taekwondo at 6 before moving quickly on to kickboxing and Thaiboxing

lol in the garage we have a weights machine, kickbag and some free weights .... as for the energetic bit got any ideas how to get Kyle to tidy up his room?
