Hi tracey - perhaps you could elaborate on your request a bit.
are you looking for pictures/videos of the basic techniques?

Do you train with GKR?

It'd probably be better to go with the videos, than looking at static pics online.

I now i definetly would do better with the video/dvd as the book is getting very difficult.

I have to study it upside down to know when to turn here and there

I find buying a video/dvd off all the kata moves too expensive for only 74 minutes of practising all the kata's!
