Hi everyone, My profile says white belt lurker on it every time I leave a message. I didn't make that up, I'm guessing thats what it says on everyones when they first join the forum group and they change it but I'm not sure how. I think I could come up with something a bit more interesting but I'm too dopey to figure out how to change it. (And I'm not a white belt, so when people keep saying, 'as a new person to the club, I think you should...' so the info to the questions I ask is often irelavent too.) Cheers, MOUTH.

It's like grading, so many lession till your yellow tip etc, give it a few posts more and it will change. It works of number of quality posts you do

You'll find most forums have something like this. Its an indication of how active a poster you are. You'll find the scale here. The more you post the higher it gets . I'm not too happy with using belts. Some may take it to mean actual grade (which is why I added the "lurker", "posting freak" etc titles). If you (or anyone) can come up with another scale I'd be very interested!

To answer your question the default is you cant change it. I can certainly set it so you can and then members can come up with their own titles. If you guys want that then no probs!

Gah, I like the belt ranking for the board. It justs sucks that Fang caught up to me and has now left me behind in his dust. So much ctaching up to do...

And that list goes up to Red belt only, but people have higher ranks here. Maybe you wanna finish it, neh? I wanna be a deity...

Oh yeah, you should make the number of posts the same as the number of classes you 'need' to grade in real life. Yah.
