I suppose you could get lifts with friends and give them a bit towards petrol, or make new friends who are also involved in it. You could always walk and get some extra exercise in too if its not so far. Other than that, I'm not sure!

This is what I really hate about this style of martial art. The head senseis seem to be manufacturing senseis quicker and quicker and at lower and lower belts all he time. You say you've only been training for 6 weeks, and they want you to train ot be a sensei. You're basically a yellow belt, or an orange tip, and I don't think that's high enough to teach higher grades.

I've been to classes where red and brown belts were being taught by green belt senseis, and kept thinking "How can this person have thge experience to teach myself and other higher belts when they're still at the beginnings of their training?"

Other senseis I know also have this opinion, but they can't say this to senior senseis.

But, you may be totally perfect with your technique and stances. I don't know. I just think it's way to early. Senseis should become senseis around the 4th Kyu/3rd Kyu stages when they have actual experience.
