I want to find a decent Tai-Chi class when I have the time as well, I miss it.

Where i work they have a program where you can go to Tai Chi at lunch time. I have never really thought about doing it tho because it looks to hard i can hardly remember kata let alone the huge patterns in tai chi.

Might be an idea to try a class, I don't think anyone would expect you to get it right on the first go. I was useless when I started (still am!!) - because I'd spent years doing GKR I found it hard to get out of the Hard/Fast mindset and relax properly.

I started with GKR karate but moved on to Choy Lay Fut Buk Sing Kung Fu. At the moment I am working in the mines so don't train at all. It's hard enough trying to find time to get down the gym let alone a full hour class in 3 times a week. Maybe again one day though. I do hope to get back there when I stop working in the mines.
