I was studying Goju for a couple of months this year but then i went on a trip to the USA in July and I havent been back. I actually sent to instructor an email saying I wasnt going to come back... BUT NOW I WANT TO TRAIN AGAIN! I was thinking of trying out Rhees Tae Kwan Do to see if that is any good. I have done some WTF Tae Kwan Do before and wanted to know what ITF is like.
ANYWAY... I wanted to ask what peoples opinions were on fitness. I am really really unfit now. Should I try to get fit with what is left of the year and start TKD in the new year or should I just go for it now?
What would you do?
Also would you start a martial art if you knew you could only go once a week? Rhees has only got one class available near to where I live.
