Systema Workshop

With Rob Poyton

http://www.kyo-rioku.co.uk/rob1.htm

This six hour seminar will be an introduction to Systema's approach to using the bodies natural movement.
We all have an inbuild response to danger and our body knows how to protect itself.Systema is built around this natural self preservation mechanism. It should be understood that Systema is more a method of survival than a martial art and makes escaping rather than winning its number one priority

The seminar will involve close quarter work both unarmed and against the knife.Various exercises developed by the Russian military will also be covered. The content will be suitable for all martial artists."

Please bring along a rubber or wooden knife if possible.
