lol susan i do know you and have for a long time which i must say has been a pleasure, you have taught me things and i hope i have helped you sometimes, i remember your dislike of sparring and saw you get alot better at it :thumbwink: . i also remember you teaching me a move in a certian kata that i kept messing up regardless of how much i tryed to get it right ( have i mentioned i hate kata.)
that other medicine you use i'd like to try, forget the smell if it helps my stretching i'd love it lol, i'll try to track it down forget the spelling i suck at that anyway.
i agree wood lock is good if you can afford it. even if you cann't it is worth trying, like i said i think it gets a bit deaper into the muscle like you, and for just sitting at home after trainind rub your sore spots with it it really helps.
dribbling nah i liked your reply it was up front and straight to the point, and now hopefully all the people reading this post are better of for it :thumbwink: thank you for the reply.

i guess the dave i was talking about lives a few doors up or down from you depends where on the street you are standing

. hehe shifting furniture bloody silly sensei's i thought you guys knew where your feet where at all times

oh you found out though didn't you dude under a bloody big heavy piece of furniture, i love it this will go down as a classic . post when it is healed so i can go into hiding please, your round houses sort of comes fast and my guess is they would hurt a fair bit to.

Matt & Susan
I definatly know who Fang is, as it was I who introduced him to the board and I even created his account for him.
Possibly if you lubricate me with a bourbon or a beer I might be persuaded to reveal Fangs identity

ozlink get a bottle of bourbon for the info and come on over i'll supply the coke. haven't seen you in a while dude i figer it must have got busy for you, hope so i need a loan lol.matt jinx me i did a toe at training the other day, luckly it's only bruised and a middle one so tape before training and ice straight after seems to be doing the trick.

yep THERE is. the kata was seiunchin, and it was the sumo block?/tetsui? if that's how you spell it. i alwas wanted to step out the wrong way. the time you helped me was right before you became a sensei, the next week i saw you, you had a sensei belt on. seiunchin was my nemisus, it got so bad that when i had to do it my mind would go blank and near on panick would set in, it's not that bad now but i'm still a good bet to stuff it up.

Well, I can say I definately don't know you, fang. Though, you do remind me of a guy I know up in Launceston. Only his nemesis is Sepai and Sanseru, not Seiunchin.

lol brodius i have them down pat or use to till the changes came in, but a certain sensei also filled me in on the sepai changes a while ago, now to get the hands right again

. but i hear most regions get the changes before mine so that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it

Brodius

figers it was a female regardless of whether they are humane, dog, cat, monkey ect, they always bite first then ask you why you made them bite you. bloody females.
Brodius

Yeah, she was crazy. She'd bite you, then start licking you. I figure she was telling me she wanted to eat me, or something.

lol these threads do seem to get a life of their owne.sionnagh what region did you do senior training at, i know a mick that had a double round house kick that atleast once a sparring session, i went for the low one and ended up looking at his foot head high, if i only learn't one real good thing from my stupidity, it is i now leg check the lower kicks :thumbwink:, and have been told by different people in gkr that (leg checks aren't a gkr move so don't do them, my response well kick above the waist ass**** and i wouldn't need to :thumbwink:.) one other thing does susan bite, i know she growls at you alot when she feels the need arises mmmmmm been there done that, she's never bite me but maybe i just didn't p**s here off enough, i sure tryed though, before she was a sensei of course, one other thing i'v learn don't upset your sensei's to much, being in sumo for a long time really hurts
Brodius
Oct 16 2003, 10:49 AM
Yes, sumo for a long time does hurt. My sensei last nigth decided we were going to do all the kicks in sumo stance. Fun.
fang
Oct 16 2003, 08:06 PM
mmmm only a sensei would call that fun, i bet he/she was walking around checking stances to

, oh well they are sensei's i guess, that's why i liked sensei training you get to see them sweat a bit

Ah, so I'm not the only person who blocks low kicks

I used to train in R12 in Perth. But a double round kick wouldn't have been me anyways. Round kick head-high me? Only if it was a short person LOL
