Totally and utterly awesome!!!
Ray Floro is... hmmm.... fluid, and casual, and fast as lightning. During the demo sparring he did at the seminar he'd tell his victim, um, partner "I'm going to hit you in the head"... and then did. The strike was out and back before the fact that he moved had registered.
Aside from that, we came away with some new concepts to play with, some new or modified techniques, and more than a few bruises. The system itself keeps to few techniques, but multiple combinations of the techniques to expand itself. A few basic principles to start with and that's it.

He's also a giggler and laughs insanely while sparring, and gives good hugs (and that matters!!)

If you get the chance to train with him, take it.
