Hi Toni, Welcome aboard!
I train in GKR (7th kyu) and a mixed class which is kung fu/taekwondo/kickboxing
Well done on qualifying, I will be travelling up from Milton Keynes to watch on one of the days...dunno which day yet, will wait and see the schedule.

The schedule is Everybody will be competing on the Saturday for indivdual, except on Sunday the Open and the Team events are on, also on Sunday Kancho, Shihan and Sensei Gavin and lots of the other RM's will be giving us demonstrations.

Hi Toni, welcome in, make yourself comfortable. How long have you been training with GKR to get as far as you have? I trained with them for a year but moved on to a different style that suits me better.

I dont train in anything at the moment (having a hiatus) but have done gkr, traditional karate, and taekwondo.
