user online/offline graphic missing next to poster name
buttons missing for bold, italic etc in fast reply panel

buttons and stuff are missing from 'add reply' panel too
missing graphics on profile page

I really like it, have just been playing around with the additional features in the My Controls section and updating my profile stuff.
