Whos going to be entering the next club tournament? IT will apparantly be held 3rd weekend of october.

And the R12 grading will apparently also be the 3rd weekend in October instead of the 2nd weekend.

I'm in - got a whole new bunch of yellow belts for the team sparring.
Challenge any other sensei to do the same - just them and some new students.
It was the highlight of the last tournament for me

Good idea regarding shifting the grading - hope we do the same.

Yes, except I am led to believe that shifting the grading has more to do with Bathurst than to do with the tournament.

No way?! You guys have team sparring? We don't have that here. How does it work? 5 on 5 at the same time? The idea sounds awesome.

Alas Brodius nothing so spectacular. Its 5 fights, one at a time to one full point. After a point has been reached both fighters exit the ring and the next two come in and start.
First team to three points wins.

I'd really like to see a continous sparring event. it's how we train most of the time it only makes sense it should be included.
