We have travelled up to Manchester for gkr tournys, The George Carnell centre.

That must of been about 2 yrs back, i enjoyed the tournaments there lately we have had to travel to Dewsbury for the tournaments. I won Gold at the last George Carnell tournament for my kata Saifa. I want to participate in kumite also but because of the wheelchair they will not let me yet hopefully that may change.
