South Birmingham Goju Ryu are hosting a seminar by Shihan Chris Rowen (6th dan Goju Ryu) on Sunday 19th November. Exact venue and time to be confirmed, as is the theme.
Attendance is by invitation only and places are limited. Once SBGR club member uptake has been accertained, I'll post contact details and address/time confirmation for anyone interested.
Having trained with Chris on a number of occasions I can honestly say that I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you have an interest in karate and haven't trained with him, then you need to. If you have trained with him, then you'll know what I'm talking about and want to do so again.
