hiya all my name is debbie and im from basildon, essex in england.
i have been a member with GKR for 7mths and have managed to get to my green belt.
i am currently on the instructor graduate programme so fingers crossed ill be a sensai soon
i have four children and two of them also enjoy taking part in karate and train alongside me and my hubby so its a family affair in this house.

iv been a member of GKR for over a year and only got my orange belt, i should have had my green belt by now but spent a few month off with an injury.... but never mind i will get there.....

we take our exams the first week of september so only a few weeks to go and fraid i was not able to go to the super seminar on saturday as my neice is ill and in great ormond street hosp at the min,
i currently train at pitsea dojo and basildon dojo with sensai's dan at bas and sensai's warren and richard at pitsea.

Yes i know them all, Sensei Dan started off at canvey until he got his own Dojo, we used to train in Sensei dans dojo in Basildon, way before he came along, its a nice dojo.

Sensei Warren is a nice man although i havnt forgiven him for causing me soft tissue damage in my shoulder .

aww poor you vicki i know how you feel about getting injured as i suffered an injury after sparring with Sensai Warren, i was punched in the stomach by him took a few days before i was recovered
the joys of training but i enjoy it.
Which dojo are you Sensai at ?

Vicki`s not exactly Sensei, but her and Sam are an inspiration to alot of us here.
I`d like to get to train with all you Essex/Kent folks soon, though it`s really finding a time to get down there.

Sorry debbie Tom is right, im not a sensei, We train at chelmsford on a sunday with Sensei Terry, with Sensei Matt on a wednesday at laindon(although not just at the moment) and we train at sensei class on a thrs every other week and sensei class on a tues every other week when i can fit it in, which is not very often.

Sensei Warren didnt hurt me at Karate though, he fell on me when doing a ju jitsu take down
By the way im 14 and my bro is 11.We must have seen you before if you have been around a little while.
