hello to everyone from newcastle UK....
i am 37 and have been a member of GKR karate since June 05 and love every moment of it.....
my sensei and sempais are great, they are very friendly and helpfull in every class and fined every member in GKR are always friendly when we all meet up for tournaments in leeds...

i look forword to chatting to members of all differant karate styles from all over the world....
so dont be shy as im not..... so go on speek up and reply back

Hi maz, I'm not far from you, in Middlesbrough, in fact... I went along to the leeds tournament in April... maybe I seen you there, we may never know
I'm off for my green next weekend, I hope yours is soon. Stick at it.

hi pleb i was at the april tournaments to i was only an orange tip at the time and won 2 bronze medals, i was a bundle of nerves as it was my very 1st time competing......

i still have a wile yet before going for my green belt but im working hard towords it......
good luck on getting your green belt mate, i hope your gradeings arnt as hard as ours here in newcastle.....

did you go to the kancho sullavin seminar in bradford.... on 20th july... i was there and got my gi signed and a my son got his belt signed, we both got our photo taken with kancho.... a fantastic day in all, a 1 i shall never forget......
