Thanks for the well wishes guys, although I'm not quite sure my birthday involved partying. Unless being hooked up to heart monitors, oxygen masks, and blood presure machines counts as a party.

My nick name has come back to haunt me, and I ended up in hospital suffering from anaphalaxis for most of my birthday.
In non medical terms, that means that I discovered an allergy to penecillin, and broke out in hives because of it. My tongue and airways also swelled up, and so was put onto various machines to help with that.
I also remember waking up for a second to hear the doctors sounding pleased that my Blood presure was back up to 80/40. Eeeeep.

Can anyone suggest a way to top that for next year?

Thanks for the guys.. it's my first day back at work today, and my workmates have decreed that today will be my birthday instead.

And as for training, I unfortunately have a NAS on sunday, so I'm going to have to do something towards that on friday. See if I can at least remember my kata..
