We have recovered after a nasty hack into the forums. The database has been restored to its pre-attack state and in consultation with the software developers all security risks have been identified and corrected (until the script kiddies find another toy I guess
I would like to personally apologise for the email sent out apparently from here containing a form of malware. I hope you read my warning before opening it, or did the sensible thing and deleted the executable file, as one always should. Thanks very much to Just David and MatB for immediately notifying me of what had happened. Without you guys it may have been much worse.
It has been recommended all members change their password as an extra precaution. Passwords are encrypted in the database and cannot be read, but there is a miniscule chance someone may be able to use your 'pre-attack' login here, which is why we're asking you to make the change.
