Hi Folks,
It appears that Sensei Norman Keogan has moved on from Region 23. He`s been replaced by a chap called Ray Lambton.
It seems there's been alot of shuffling around recently.
Does anyone have any info on Ray Lambton, or trained with him?

Ray was one of the first students in R23 when the region was set up. He's got a background in other m/a as well as being ex army (SAS I seem to remember). He's won a bucket load of regional medals for kata and kumite in the open divisions, but I also know he has a fair knowledge of the practical s/d side of things.
He wasn't full time with GKR when I trained with him - he was an SDC, but gave it up when his other half fell ill - but he obviously is again now!
In my estimation he's an all round nice chap with very good karate. R23 should be in good hands.
