i am just getting back into training after a forced lay off. can anyone give me some links to websites offering training tips and techniques? has nayone read a good book / mag with good and reputable advice.
i am mainly after fitness training and stretching.
Our sensei has done some research with a local Physio and he is arranging for him to come and have a chat to us in class one night about stretching, but i would like to do some research myself and find what works best for me
Any help would be appreciated.
